Loungebase helps travelers find airport lounges, compare access rules, and manage trip reminders.

Information We Use

If you create an account, we use your email address and profile name to authenticate your Loungebase account and keep your app experience associated with the correct user. Authentication is provided by Supabase.

The app can use your approximate device location, only with your permission, to sort nearby airports and lounges. You can disable location access in iOS Settings at any time.

Trip reminders, saved lounges, saved trips, recent searches, wallet preferences, onboarding state, and app settings are stored locally on your device using Apple system storage. Local travel data is scoped to the signed-in account on that device.

Loungebase retrieves lounge, airport, image, and membership catalog data from our backend services. These requests may include standard technical information such as IP address, device network metadata, and request logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Purchases

Subscription purchases and restores are processed by Apple and RevenueCat. Loungebase does not receive your full payment card details.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from the Profile screen in the app. Deleting your account removes your Loungebase authentication account and clears Loungebase account data stored locally on that device.

Notifications

If you enable trip reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. You can turn notifications off in the app or in iOS Settings.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers only to operate core app functions, including backend data delivery, purchase entitlement checks, and customer support.
